How it Works
Depending on the leadership level that is being developed, the process and time commitment varies.
Assessments:Â We provide a series of assessments that reveal the leadership potential. These assessments contribute to the the Action Plan for each leader.
Coaching: Director level leaders can have half-day (4 hour) meetings every other month (can be virtual). Managers might meet for 4-6 hours, quarterly with virtual support in between sessions.
Roadmap: A customized 12-month succession plan for each member of your team. This includes assessments and on demand training in critical leadership skills.

Agenda
- Define your unique organizational context and identify the leadership competencies needed for right now.
- Review Assessments.
- Participants set up their Success Profiles using roadmaps for the next 5 sessions (6-12 month timeline).
- Participants define a real-world challenge they will work on during the next 5 sessions.
- Discuss individual assessment and development plans for each leader.
- Determine objective metrics for measuring progress.
- Build accountability into the process by assigning deliverables and milestones.
- Deliver the knowledge, structure, and resources required to implement the plan.
- Evaluation of progress.
- Coaching & training in problem-solving methods used in Lean Six-Sigma.
- Coaching in people skills including conflict management and emotional intelligence.
- Sessions are dynamic and very unique to the group. This applied leadership training prepares leaders to implement new strategies and perspectives as they expand their role and responsibilities.
- Retrospective on the process helping leaders recognize their progress and their expanded mindset.
