100 Day Roadmap
The 100 Day Roadmap is a very efficient way to think about managing your projects. Most people use a 30, 60 and 90 day type map without specific review points. And when time is lost IT NEVER GETS MADE UP!
In today’s world of information overload and acceleration, it is impossible to make up for lost time. Using 10 days, 2 business weeks, as a block of time provides enough time to accomplish a meaningful task and review, so that changes can be made without losing too much time.
