Set Up the Work Group (Think Charter)

Now that you have identified 2-3 issues that will have a meaningful impact and can be quickly resolved, engage the work group in the process of finding the solution. The reason you want to engage the workgroup is they are ultimately part of the solution. They are the front-line problem solvers, the hands and feet that carry out strategic objectives.
